Germany – Engineering design services – HGE Haller Grundstücks- und Erschließungsgesellschaft mbH - Europaweite Vergabe Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen sowie Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke "Nördlicher Hallweg"

Lot 1: Award of transport infrastructure design services in accordance with § 47 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 13 (to § 47 paragraph 2, § 48 paragraph 5) in performance phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9. The optional subject of the tendered service is also the Special Services - Local construction supervision, - Plan circulation with the municipal specialist departments or divisions, the supply and disposal companies and the transport companies (city bus and district traffic), - Creation of functional plans for street lighting (plan and file), - Initiation, application and accompaniment of the entire construction measure with SiGeKo-authorised persons (in-house office or external specialist office), - Marking and signage plan (coordination with the traffic authority / traffic discussion with the urban planning department and the civil engineering department), - The concepts of the Dept. of Urban Planning for street furniture / equipment are to be incorporated into the execution plans and taken into account in the tender documents. - Surveying the entire construction site (construction execution - existing) (3-dimensional) (road construction and street lighting). The guidelines of the Dept. of Surveying must be observed. The service is provided when the data is incorporated into the GIS and the Dept. of Surveying reports the positive completion. A phased commissioning is intended, but there is no entitlement to further commissioning. Lot 2: Award of engineering structures design services in accordance with § 43 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 12 (to § 43 paragraph 4, § 48 paragraph 5) in performance phases 1 to 9. The optional subject of the tendered service is also the Special Services - Local construction supervision, - Surveying the entire construction site (original site), - Creation of a coordinated pipeline plan (supply and disposal company inquiries), - Clarification of collision points at pipeline crossings in the coordinated pipeline plan, - Surveying the entire construction site (construction execution - existing) (3-dimensional) (drainage systems), - Initiation, application and accompaniment of the entire construction measure with SiGeKo-authorised persons (in-house office or external specialist office). A phased commissioning is intended, but there is no entitlement to further commissioning.
