Germany – Refuse and waste related services – Entsorgungsdienstleistungen (Altholz und Altpapier) aus dem Landkreis Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm

The district of Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm intends, in fulfilment of its legal disposal obligation through the AWP, to award anew, as of 01.01.2027 for an initial period of 3 years until 31.12.2029, the collection, transport and utilisation/marketing of waste wood categories A I to A III in the district of Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm as well as the utilisation of waste paper collected in the district of Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm.

The subject of this tender are the following services:

Lot 1:

• Provision of collection containers for the bring system (approx. 25 units 36 – 38 m³ roll-off containers, covered).

• Collection of waste wood categories A I to A III at the collection points of the district of Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm as well as transport, weighing, preparation for utilisation/marketing and handover of waste wood categories A I to A III (3,400 Mg/year)

• Utilisation/marketing of waste wood categories A I to A III (3,400 Mg/year)

Lot 2:

• Collection of waste paper quantities from the district of Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm at a collection point of the contracting authority

• Provision/operation of a collection point for waste paper within the district area or a maximum of 5 km outside the district boundary

• If necessary, transloading and transport of the collected waste paper quantities to a utilisation facility of the contracting authority

• Preparation for marketing/utilisation of the waste paper quantities from the district of Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm (approx. 7,800 Mg/a)

• Marketing/utilisation of the waste paper quantities from the district of Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm (approx. 7,800 Mg/a)

• Disposal of residual or hazardous substances

The tender is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Vergabeverordnung (VgV) and the Gesetz gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen (GWB).
