Public procurement contract for the supply of an electronic archive server of the NAS type, including UPS, within the project "DIGITALIZATION OF THE PRIMARY ACTIVITY OF BALCESTI THROUGH THE ADOPTION OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS IN THE INTEREST OF CITIZENS", SMIS Code: 328254, funded through the SOUTH-WEST OLTENIA REGIONAL PROGRAMME 2021-2027 PRIORITY 2 - Digitalization for the benefit of citizens and businesses. Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, only through SEAP, within a deadline of no later than 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, pursuant to Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016. To the extent that requests for clarification or additional information have been submitted within the previously stipulated period, the deadline within which AC will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
