Germany – Ancillary works for pipelines and cables – 2026-1005017_Flughafen München_3. Stromnetz, Tief- und Trassenbau für MS Haupt- und Unterringe

Within the main measure "3. Netz Schwerlastring, 1. Bauabschnitt, Los 1-3" at Munich Airport, extensive civil engineering and infrastructure works are being carried out to renew and expand the media supply. The measure includes the creation of new cable and media ducts as well as the adaptation of existing supply and disposal facilities within the airport grounds. The scope of services includes in particular: site establishment, construction logistics, traffic management and traffic safety within airport operations, demolition and dismantling of existing traffic areas, cable protection pipe ducts, drainage systems as well as drinking and fire water pipes, earthworks and civil engineering works with extensive trench excavations, excavation pits, cable shaft structures and pipe ducts, creation of new cable protection pipe systems for the energy and communications infrastructure, new construction and reconstruction of drainage, drinking water and fire water pipes, special foundation engineering works with jet grouting (HDI), sheet piling structures and excavation pit securing, dewatering measures including well systems, sump pumps and temporary diversion systems, road, path and square construction works including restoration of traffic areas, landscaping works as well as fence and ancillary structures. The works are carried out in sections under ongoing airport operations and require close coordination with operational processes as well as the numerous existing media and infrastructure facilities. The scope of the measure for Lots 1-3 includes, among other things, around 48,000 m³ of trench and excavation pit excavation, approximately 35,000 m³ of soil logistics with intermediate storage, extensive cable protection pipe and media ducts, special foundation engineering measures for excavation pit securing as well as the creation and adaptation of traffic and operational areas.
