The subject of the tender is architectural services for the strategic repositioning of an office building from 2002 with a usable area of approximately 4,600 m². The aim is to develop an economically convincing overall concept for the re-letting of the property. For this purpose, two usage scenarios are to be examined and planned: office or commercial use with high-quality, modern common areas and flexibly designable rental spaces, or alternative use as a hotel or boarding house. For office or commercial use, a sample scenario is to be developed that serves as a marketing basis and communicates the intended use concept to potential tenants.
