Framework Agreement for the supply of meal vouchers. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement by application of the unit prices as set out in the schedule of unit prices to the quantities of services performed by the contractor. The minimum is 45,000 euro(s) VAT excl./year and the maximum is 310,000 euro(s) VAT excl./year for the town of Valserhône. The minimum is 200 euro(s) VAT excl./year and the maximum is 13,200 euro(s) VAT excl./year for the CCAS. The minimum and maximum amounts are identical for each renewal period. The contract is awarded as a purchasing group: for the Municipality of Valserhône (Coordinator) and the CCAS The meal vouchers will be supplied on a dematerialised medium in the form of personalised smart cards. The face value of the meal vouchers is 8 euro(s). An employee benefits from 15 meal vouchers per month over a period of 11 months.
