Subscription of insurance contracts for the needs of the UEM Group, including all of its current and future subsidiaries, following the expiry of all insurance programmes due to expire at 31/12/2026 midnight. The needs to be covered are indicated in the attached document. The consultation is open to direct insurers, co-insurers represented by a lead insurer (joint venture under the conditions set out in Article R 2142-20 of the Public Procurement Code), insurance intermediaries (general agents and brokers). Pursuant to Articles L.310-1 and L.511-1 of the Insurance Code, the exercise of the profession is strictly reserved for insurance companies and/or insurance intermediaries. Intermediaries (brokers) must indicate, in order of decreasing priority, the insurance bodies they intend to approach for each lot for which they are applying. Each intermediary selected will be given an exclusive mandate by UEM to study and place each lot with the insurance company or companies selected and allocated at UEM's discretion.
