Germany – Taxi services – Ruftaxivergabe Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis

The Neckar-Odenwald district, as the holder of the permit for the operation of demand-responsive taxi services under the Passenger Transport Act, intends to award the operation of demand-responsive taxi services according to a new concept in accordance with the Sectoral Regulation (SektVO) pursuant to Section 13 SektVO in conjunction with Section 100 (1) No. 1 and Section 102 (4) GWB, with the start of operations scheduled for the timetable change in December 2026. The new demand-responsive taxi concept is summarized in the following 8 lots:

Lot 1: Lines 8936, 8938, 8952 and 8954

Lot 2: Lines 8935, 8942 and 8953

Lot 3: Lines 8943 and 8944

Lot 4: Line 8937

Lot 5: Line 8941

Lot 6: Lines 8930 and 8946

Lot 7: Lines 8950 and 8951

Lot 8: Lines 8931 and 8932

The demand-responsive taxi services are to be operated on demand, following prior telephone or electronic request by the passenger, at the times published in the timetable, using motor vehicles with a capacity of at least 4 passenger seats.
