Estimated value of the public contract - 1 643 589,00 euros without VAT, respectively 3 214 580,67 leva without VAT, distributed as follows: Total estimated value for Lot No. 1 for five years: 659 089,00 euros, respectively 1 289 066,04 leva without VAT 128 817,80 euros per year x 5 years = 644 089,00 euros without VAT + option of 15 000,00 euros without VAT = 659 089,00 euros without VAT; Option for 15 000,00 euros without VAT in case of circumstances that were not known at this point: such as the emergence of a need to implement a new route, agreed and approved by the Ministry of Transport. Total estimated value for Lot No. 2 for five years: 454 500,00 euros, respectively 888 924,74 leva without VAT 87 900,00 euros per year x 5 years = 439 500,00 euros without VAT + option of 15 000,00 euros without VAT = 454 500,00 euros without VAT; Option for 15 000,00 euros without VAT in case of circumstances that were not known at this point: such as the emergence of a need to implement a new route, agreed and approved by the Ministry of Transport. The tenderer's price offer for specialised transport must be up to: with vehicles up to 22 seats – up to 0,77 euros, respectively 1,50 leva without VAT/km total mileage.
