Description

The subject of the contract is the Supply of single-use equipment for the preparation and administration of cytostatic drugs, along with the lease of infusion pumps, single-use protective and hygienic products for the Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny im. NMP w Częstochowie. 2. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in the assortment-price forms, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the contract are specified in the draft contractual provisions (PPU), constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract is divided into 5 parts, namely: Part No. 1 - SINGLE-USE EQUIPMENT FOR THE PREPARATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF CYTOSTATIC DRUGS ALONG WITH THE LEASE OF VOLUMETRIC INFUSION PUMPS Part No. 2 - INTRAVENOUS CANNULAS Part No. 3 - SINGLE-STEP NASAL DRAINAGE KIT Part No. 4 – LOW-PRESSURE EXTENSION TUBE Part No. 5 – NON-STERILE SINGLE-USE SWAB 4. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. By the term partial offer, it is understood as individual parts determined in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for any parts or for the entire subject of the contract. 5. CPV Code: 33141000-0 – single-use, non-chemical medical and haematological articles 6. The contracting authority intends to make a selection of the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction.
