This consultation is carried out within the framework of a framework agreement in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following bodies: - Terres de Montaigu, Intercommunal Centre for Social Action (CIAS) - Commune de Montaigu-Vendée. Each lot will be awarded as a "composite" public contract concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part treated as a standard contract, and a part treated as a framework agreement with purchase orders. Duration / Deadline: Initial period of 1 year, with possible 1-year renewals.
