Poland – Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment – obsługa serwisowa urządzeń medycznych

The subject of the contract is: maintenance service for medical devices. A detailed description of the contract subject is provided in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (Conditions for carrying out technical inspections, their deadlines and the scope of maintenance service/ List of maintenance service works) and in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ (List of devices). The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers in accordance with Annex No. 5 to the SWZ (Description of the Contract Subject – list of devices) for PACKAGES NO. 1-131: technical inspections and maintenance service for medical devices. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers for any number of packages. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to submit offers by the Contractor for the entire range of products in a given package.
