A contract for services whereby the contractor is tasked with carrying out maintenance, repair tasks and engineering services related to the hardware and software of the ACCS SCADA system. The system supplier provides:

• 24/7 availability to ensure the system is operational, continuously monitors the system status, and promptly addresses any operational disturbances affecting the SCADA system to maintain continuous operation.

• Accepts fault reports from the Buyer's dedicated personnel, based on which it can carry out the necessary repairs to the system as soon as possible.
