The Contracting Authority is already the own risk bearer for the WGA and is insured. The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a new WGA own risk bearer insurance as of 1-1-2027 to cover all allocable burdens of the WGA own risk bearer status. In doing so, in addition to the basic cover, the run-off risk must also be covered. The Contracting Authority is the own risk bearer for the Sickness Benefits Act and also intends to remain so for the entire term of the new WGA insurance. See tender guidance.
