**Form of Framework Agreement (cf. art 2-3 of the consultation regulation)**

For Lots 1 to 3, the consultation will result in the establishment of a multi-beneficiary framework agreement with order forms, with three beneficiaries, setting all contractual terms. For Lot 4, the consultation will result in the establishment of a single-beneficiary framework agreement with order forms.

*Lots 1 to 3: Method of allocating orders between beneficiaries*

For Lots 1 and 2: the 1st beneficiary will be contacted in priority, if they do not respond quickly enough the order will be placed with the 2nd beneficiary, then the 3rd beneficiary. For Lot 3: orders will be allocated in turn to the beneficiaries according to the year of execution of the framework agreement, in the following indicative manner:

1st year: 1st beneficiary

2nd year: 2nd beneficiary

3rd year: 3rd beneficiary

4th year: 1st beneficiary
