The „Stiftung Rehabilitationszentrum Thüringer Wald“ (RZTW) is a service provider for people with disabilities in the field of vocational and social rehabilitation and integration. Following the completion of renovation measures on buildings C to F, further renovation of building 0 is currently required, particularly in terms of fire protection, in connection with the securing and expansion of the service offering. The subject of this procurement procedure are the planning services required for this purpose for Technical Systems according to HOAI Part 3 Section 2 §§ 53-56, ALG 1-6; 8, LP 4 - 8 and Special Services in phased commissioning. Initially, only stage 1 (LP 4) will be commissioned.
