Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V (Open-House-Modell)

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements under Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V for finished medicinal products with various active substances or active substance combinations within the framework of a so-called "Open-House Model". Admission or the conclusion of a contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.02.2025. Based on this, the contract period is a maximum of 12 or 24 months. The contract ends on 31.01.2026 or 31.01.2027, in each case regardless of the start of the contract. If AOK Hessen conducts a tender for exclusive contracts in the form of an Open Procedure for the active substances during the contract period, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. The lot for Epinephrine has already been cancelled as of 28.02.2026. A new publication has already taken place on 23.01.2026 (OH 105). The active substance Infliximab will be cancelled with immediate effect as of 30.06.2026. Admission or conclusion of a contract is no longer possible. Already concluded contracts with the contracting partners will be terminated. A new publication for the active substance Infliximab has already taken place on 18.05.2026 (OH 108). Note: The active substance Botulinum had already had a contract end date of 31.01.2026 and has already been republished. The active substance Glycopyrroniumbromid had already had a contract end date of 31.01.2026.
