Austria – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Spinning Disk Mikroskop

The contracting authority intends to purchase a Spinning-Disk-Microscope for the Institute for Molecular Biochemistry at the Department of Biozentrum of the MUI, according to the specification, for the purpose of advanced live-cell microscopy as part of an ERC-funded project. The microscope will be used for quantitative and high-resolution long-term multi-position and multi-channel live-cell imaging to enable the imaging of individual vesicles in cultured cells over extended periods and under various conditions. For this requirement, a highly sensitive microscope is being tendered, which, through minimal laser toxicity and minimal bleaching or stable focus, enables the imaging of vesicles in living cells over the required period (>1h).
