Switzerland – Interruptible power supplies – Ladeinfrastruktur und Lastmanagement für E-Lastwagen
Description
For the electric commercial vehicles, Entsorgung + Recycling requires distribution boards with at least 6 charging points each, distribution boxes for the individual vehicles, and a load management system (software) in the two parking halls at the Energiezentrale Forsthaus power distribution centre. The distribution boards must meet the following requirements:
- Suitable for use in depots (municipal workshops) with fixed, schedulable charging times.
- Suitable for 24/7 operation in a frost-free environment (hall, tent).
- Suitable for normal charging and fast charging of individual vehicles.
- Equipped with LAN, WLAN, and mobile communications (at least 4G).
The distribution boxes for the individual vehicles must be compatible with CCS charging cables with lengths of 5 m, 7 m, and optionally 10 m. The boxes must have at least IP54 protection. Wall mounting is generally planned. Optionally, ceiling mounting with a cable reel with a 7 m long cable can be offered. The installation (excluding electrical installation) of the distribution boards and the distribution boxes must be carried out by the supplier. The commissioning will be carried out by the supplier and must be documented. The electrical installations will be tendered separately and are not part of the scope of services. However, the software for load management must be offered. Since Energie Wasser Bern will start construction of a new building on the site of the Energiezentrale Forsthaus from July 2027, the distribution boards and boxes in the Nord parking hall must be housed in a temporary structure (heated tent) and will only be installed in the parking hall after approximately 3 years of construction time. The distribution boards and boxes for the Ost parking hall can be installed at the final delivery location. The installation of the infrastructure must be completed by early June 2027 at the latest. For the software, it is important that not all vehicles are charged simultaneously, but that the entire available time (approx. 16:00 to 06:30) is used. In addition, the system must automatically restart in the event of a power or network failure and send a message. The following requirements are also placed on the software:
- Locally installed hardware/software solution, also web-based, that controls the charging processes locally.
- Autonomous functionality of the system even in the event of an internet failure or disruption.
- Arbitrary scalability when retrofitting additional charging points.
- Immediate release of the charging process after successful authentication.
- Online access (Web UI) via desktop computer and mobile devices.
- Language selection: German.
- Live and retrospective display of energy consumption per vehicle.
- Evaluations and statistics on energy consumption, charging processes, and efficiency per vehicle, as well as comparison options between the vehicles.
- Export of consumption and charging data (e.g. CSV or Excel).
- Guarantee that the software will be actively supported for at least five years after acceptance of the installation (delivery of security patches, adaptation to new versions of the operating systems, correction of functional errors, etc.).
The detailed technical requirements can be found in the bill of quantities in the appendix. The bill of quantities must be completed in full without references to additional documents. No product/brand/design or type designations are used. If such designations are listed exceptionally, equivalent alternatives are permitted. The equivalence must be proven by the supplier.
