The subject of this contract is the “Supply of Licences and Technical Support Service for Corporate Workstation Software”, in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Particular Administrative Conditions Clauses (hereinafter PCAPT), the Specific Particular Administrative Conditions Clauses (hereinafter PCAPE); and the Particular Technical Specifications (hereinafter PPT), which are included in the file and whose set of constituent documents has contractual character. All the documents are published on this platform.-----------------------------------------This is a mixed contract, comprising services typical of a supply contract and a services contract, with the main service being the supply.----------------------------------For the fulfilment of the supply and renewal of licences in each of the lots, the awarded company must meet one of the following requirements: Be the manufacturer of the solution; Be an authorised partner of the software manufacturer of the corresponding lot, accredited by the valid partner certificate; or Have an authorisation letter from the manufacturer regarding the provision of the subject of the lot.
