Spain – Software package and information systems – Acuerdo Marco de suministro de licencias de software y soluciones de uso común de la empresa Microsoft y del servicio de soporte técnico

This Framework Agreement (FA) aims to certify the supplier for the provision of the entire catalogue of available Microsoft technology products, in any modality and version available, as well as to establish:

- The conditions and requirements for the management of requests, incidents and problems, as well as inventory management in the use of Microsoft Cloud technology.

- The service level conditions and requirements for products in EAS modality provided online in the Cloud (Online Services: users 365 and in the cloud, etc.)

- The general conditions for the award and execution of future contracts resulting from this framework agreement, which will allow for the optimal use of the current park and Microsoft software licence prices.
