Germany – Building construction work – Neubau Gymnasium Rheinzabern

The subject of the present procurement procedure is the award of the planning and construction of the construction project “Neubau Gymnasium Rheinzabern with 3-Feld-Sporthalle and outdoor facilities” on the basis of a functional performance description to a general contractor. For more detailed information, please refer to the procurement guidelines and the procurement documents. Information regarding bidder compensation for the procedure: With the exception of the bidder whose final binding offer is awarded the contract and thus receives the order, each bidder who is requested to do so by the contracting authority and submits a valuable first offer, receives a bidder compensation of 30,000.00 € net. For the first follow-up offer or – if the contracting authority requests the final binding offer (BAFO) immediately after the first offer – each bidder who, upon request by the contracting authority, submits a valuable follow-up offer or BAFO, receives a bidder compensation of a further 15,000.00 € net, with the exception of the bidder whose BAFO is awarded the contract and receives the contract. If the contracting authority requests follow-up offers from bidders after the first offer and before the BAFO (Section 4.3), the contracting authority will decide whether to grant bidders an additional bidder compensation for the BAFO.
