The details of the tasks assigned to the contractor are set out in the terms of reference. The services are paid for by lump sums. The planned operation is the refurbishment of part of the walls of the facade, the roof of the belfry and its access turret with monitoring of the slopes of the nave of Notre-Dame Church. The project is located in the Medieval City, on the right bank of the Cher, in the oldest part of the old town.
