The central kitchen of the Social Welfare Department in Graz, known as "Küche Graz", plays a central role in supplying kindergartens, daycare centres and social facilities. Currently, approximately 9,000 freshly cooked meals are prepared daily and delivered to 170 different facilities by 6 vehicles by 11:00. Due to increasing demands, a new operational building is currently being constructed in Herrgottwiesgasse, in which up to 15,000 portions can be produced daily in the future. The new kitchen will not only meet modern hygiene standards, but also sustainable and cost-effective construction methods. The aim of the tender is to procure a modern, user-friendly and fully digital system solution to support the operational processes in the new central kitchen of the City of Graz.
