Belgium – Marine research services – European Marine Observation and Data Network (EMODnet) - Global Data Service

By means of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to purchase a service that, via utilizing and significantly evolving the methodological frameworks, activities and processes upon which the European Marine Observation and Data Network (EMODnet) is operating, will safeguard and ensure the resilience of global ocean data flows, data, metadata and resources and ensure the continued delivery of free and open access to these global marine data resources.
