The subject of the contract is the service of cleaning the interiors and surfaces in the buildings of the City Office of Poznan located in Poznan at 3 Maja 46, Matejki 50, 28 Czerwca 1956 r. 404 and 406, Zwierzyniecka 20, Świerkowa 10, Świt 34-36. A detailed list of the areas in the aforementioned buildings is included in Annex 1 to the contract. The detailed scope of the cleaning services, including the frequency of their performance, is included in Annex 2 to the contract. A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the contract template, which is Annex 13 to SWZ. 2.Contractual evidence 1) In order to confirm that the offered services meet the requirements specified in Annex 5a to the contract, the Contracting Authority requires a declaration of conformity, in accordance with Annex 10 to SWZ, to be submitted with the offer. 2) If the Contractor does not submit the contractual evidence referred to above or the submitted contractual evidence is incomplete, the Contracting Authority will request its submission or completion within the specified deadline. 3.Environmental aspect 1) The Contracting Authority requires that the cleaning agents used to carry out the contract be safe for plants and animals, approved for sale in the territory of the Republic of Poland, and have an Eco-Label, Nordic Ecolabel, or EcoLogo certificate or an equivalent (excluding disinfectants). 2) The Contractor will be obliged to use and comply with the norms of general law and local law in the field of environmental protection. The Contractor should familiarise themselves with the Management System Policy and the List of Environmental Aspects, available at: https://bip.poznan.pl/bip/sprawy/wydzialy/wydzial-obslugi-urzedu,2218/stanowisko-dyrektora-wydzialu-w-sprawie-komunikowania-na-zewnatrz-informacji-o-znaczacych-aspektach-srodowiskowych,1261/ and to take into account the content of these documents when implementing the contract. 3) The Contractor will be obliged to carry out selective waste collection of waste generated during the provision of services, in accordance with the rules set out at www.poznan.pl/odpady/, i.e. in accordance with the rules specified by the entity managing waste in the city, to containers available at each property. 4.The Contracting Authority envisages awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act, amounting to no more than 50% of the value of the main contract, on the terms resulting from the contract for the main contract, involving the repetition of similar services, with the reservation of changes in the implementation deadlines, unit prices after negotiations, and the addition of a new location.
