France – Fishplates and sole plates – Fourniture et livraison d'éclisses et de pièces isolantes

In the context of the maintenance projects for the heritage infrastructure of the RATP network, the present contracts aim to supply and deliver insulating fishplates and insulating parts as detailed in the price schedules, with a manufacturing deadline (Annex 1). This consultation will result in a single-award framework agreement divided into two lots: LOT 1: insulating fishplates LOT 2: insulating parts The services and supplies included in the minimum amount are as follows: - Supply, in-plant inspection and delivery as detailed in the price schedule - Manufacturing controls and tests with production of control and compliance documents - Temporary storage by the Contractor of the supplies after in-plant acceptance and before delivery to the site - Packaging and packaging - Loading with identification of lifting points and transport - Delivery, in a minimum number of items, to the RATP sites - Provision of documentation necessary for their final acceptance on the RATP site - Guarantee of the supplies The services and supplies included in the maximum amount are as follows: - Supply, in-plant inspection and delivery as detailed in the price schedule - Manufacturing controls and tests with production of control and compliance documents - Temporary storage by the Contractor of the supplies after in-plant acceptance and before delivery to the site - Packaging and packaging - Loading with identification of lifting points and transport - Delivery, in a minimum number of items, to the RATP sites - Provision of documentation necessary for their final acceptance on the RATP site - Guarantee of the supplies - Additional services (on quotation, …) RATP reserves the right to have similar services performed by the Contractor under the conditions set out in Article R2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code. It should be noted that the required turnover must be one and a half times the maximum annual amount awarded.
