France – Masonry work – Devenir des Espaces L13_Travaux de maçonnerie des espaces RATP sur l'ensemble de la Ligne 13

The RATP is continuing the modernisation and enhancement programme for the passenger spaces of Line 13 as part of the "Devenir des Espaces L13" project. The consultation concerns the execution of works to upgrade RATP spaces along the entire Line 13, mainly masonry works. This is a multi-beneficiary framework agreement with purchase orders, awarded to 3 contractors, at unit prices, with a minimum and maximum amount. The minimum amount that can be consumed, for all contractors combined, is 10 million euros excl. VAT. The maximum amount that can be consumed, for all contractors combined, is 18 million euros excl. VAT. The distribution of the minimum and maximum amounts among the three framework agreement contractors will be made based on the final ranking resulting from the technical and financial analysis of the tenders. The scope of the framework agreement, estimated based on the nominal amount, covers the following works (approximate quantities) and their execution studies: - Site clearance - Render removal - Render repair - Tiled cladding installation - Mosaic cladding installation - Drainage channel remodelling. The present contract includes a requirement for results, taking into account the constraints and requirements of the RATP.
