The subject of the contract is the planning, consulting, research, analysis, procurement, management and reporting, as well as the execution and invoicing of media services, mainly in the area of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The framework agreement starts on 01.01.2027 and has a duration of 12 months. It is extended by a further 12 months each time, unless it is terminated 6 months before the end of the respective calendar year. The maximum contract duration is 48 months. The framework agreement therefore ends at the latest on 31.12.2030, without the need for a termination statement.
