Service for maintaining licenses and upgrading the document management system in accordance with the Specification for maintaining licenses and upgrading the document management system, which consists of:

1. Maintenance of existing Documentum licenses - maintenance of Documentum licenses by the manufacturer – OpenText – until 31.12.2027.

2. Delivery of OpenText Documentum courses (courses held by the software manufacturer) for the education of the contractor's employees.
