Delivery of no less than 480 units of batteries for portable TETRA radio terminals. The quantities of batteries /480/ are minimal, with the exact quantity of batteries to be determined according to the unit price for 1 (one) unit of battery offered by the selected contractor before the contract is signed, up to the amount of the estimated contract value indicated in the notice. Pursuant to the requirements of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is concluded subject to a deferred performance clause. The execution of the contract begins after the contracting authority sends a notification letter to the contractor confirming the secured financing and the contractor provides the required performance guarantee. If the performance guarantee is not provided within the timeframe specified by the contracting authority, without the presence of objective reasons, the contracting authority terminates the contract. When financing is not secured within three months from the date of the contract, either party may request its termination without prior notice. When financing is not secured within 10 months from the date of the contract, the contract is considered terminated.
