Czechia – Construction work – Kulturní kampus – novostavba ZUŠ – I. etapa

The subject of the public contract is the execution of construction works consisting of the implementation of a building named: “Cultural Campus – New Building of Basic Art School – Phase I”. New building of the Basic Art School, a three-storey timber structure on lands in the cadastral area of Zbraslav, with a built-up area of 364 m2 including related construction and landscaping works including demolition of the existing structure. The contracting authority further informs that it has a Building Permit Decision from February 2026, which is not yet final. The contracting authority assumes that the Building Permit Decision will be final before the end of the tendering procedure.
