Framework agreement for the supply of medicines, by lots, for 24 months, in accordance with the requirements of the terms of reference. The number of days within which requests for clarification may be submitted before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications is a minimum of 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned will put the AC in a position where it cannot provide a response and, as a result, will be considered LATE. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
