Poland – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Dostawa spektrofluorymetru modułowego do pomiarów widma wzbudzenia, emisji i kinetyk luminescencji w trybie Stokes i UC dla INTiBS PAN we Wrocławiu

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a modular spectrofluorometer for measuring excitation, emission and luminescence kinetics spectra in Stokes and UC modes for the Institute of Low Temperature and Structure Research, Polish Academy of Sciences (INTiBS PAN) in Wrocław, on the principles and to the extent specified in the contract project, in the annexes to the contract project and in the SWZ. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation is contained in the contract project together with the annexes (including the detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1 to the Contract Project), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The warranty period for the entire equipment: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract within a maximum of 18 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contractor may shorten the contract implementation period in relation to the period indicated above. An offer providing for a shortening of the implementation period will receive points within the framework of the evaluation of offers with the application of the criteria for selecting the most advantageous offer specified in Section 13 of this SWZ.
