The tendering process is conducted as a restricted procedure under the ARN2016 Part II and the European call for competition published Recognition Regulation ProRail (EP2019), sector Engineering Consultants. ProRail intends to conclude framework agreements for engineering and advisory services for the area portfolio in the five project areas of ProRail through this tender. The contract succeeds the current Area Contracts for Engineering and includes, among other things, (pre-)engineering, design and tender support, consulting, and implementation supervision. The qualifications 'Railway Construction & Trackwork' and 'Non-railborne civil engineering & utility constructions' apply as suitability criteria. The maximum value of the area framework agreements (total for all 5 areas) is set at € 187,000,000,- (based on the maximum duration of 8 years).
