Germany – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Ersatzneubau Kita Flughafenstraße – Ausschreibung zur Generalunternehmerleistung zur Errichtung einer Kindertagesstätte

The Elbkinder Vereinigung Hamburger Kitas gGmbH is procuring the general contractor services for the following project through this tender: Kita Flughafenstraße - Replacement new construction of a daycare centre in Hamburg. It is intended to build a daycare centre as a new construction on plot 5118 of the Hummelsbüttel cadastral area in Flughafenstraße, Hamburg. The commissioning of the new daycare centre is a prerequisite for the start of the residential construction project. The residential construction, as well as the newly planned access road, are not part of this tender. The building permit (W-WBZ2-2424-2024) for the project is available. The new construction is to create 173 care places on approx. 1,621 m² GFA in a three-storey building. This corresponds to the current care requirement, supplemented by the care requirement resulting from the residential construction still to be built. The room programme is to be implemented in an optimal ratio between educational space, in accordance with the regulations of the Hamburg Kita Voucher System, and the remaining use, traffic and technical spaces. On the ground floor, the main use is planned for four crèche groups and the management area. In addition, the entrance area, vertical access and access to the outdoor area are to be organised in an optimal manner. On the 1st floor, two elementary and one family group and further educational and non-educational uses are to be implemented. On the 2nd floor, a further elementary and family group, a movement room, the kitchen area and further uses are to be implemented. The structural implementation is to optimally meet the requirements and characteristics of healthy and child-friendly construction. For example, we take into account the CO2 neutrality in building operation, resource-light construction to minimise the ecological footprint resulting from the construction, and the implementation of the Elbkinder standard. The planning for the replacement new construction is available up to and including the execution planning. The building plot has been granted to the contracting authority by way of a leasehold contract. The auditorium located on parts of the plot has already been completely demolished.
