Procurement of an e-ticketing system, VAT-exclusive value 915,000.00 lei, with the following components: - 1 unit FLEET MONITORING EQUIPMENT; - 11 units PASSENGER INFORMATION PANELS IN STATIONS - 4 units DUAL VALIDATORS; - 2 units CONTACTLESS CARD READER/WRITER; - 1 unit CLIENT/SERVER BACK-OFFICE APPLICATION; - 200 units CONTACTLESS CARDS TO BE USED IN OPERATION; - 2 units BUS DATA BUS; - 2 units TERMINAL FOR CONTROLLERS; - 2 units PORTABLE TICKET PRINTER (for issuing fines and reports of inspections carried out); - 1 unit MOBILE PLATFORM INFORMATION APPLICATION. The procurement is carried out within the project “Mobility Corridor – Urban Area of Valea Vaserului in Vișeu de Sus, Maramureș County – Rehabilitation and consolidation of the Valea Râului road from the town of Vișeu de Sus, Maramureș County”, code SMIS 301380, funded through the North-West Regional Programme 2021–2027, within: Call for projects: PRNV/2023/481.B/1 – “Increased use of public transport and other forms of ecological urban mobility (Urban mobility)”; Policy objective 2: “A greener Europe”; Priority 4: “A region with sustainable multimodal urban mobility”; Specific objective RSO2.8: “Promoting sustainable multimodal urban mobility, as part of the transition to a zero carbon dioxide emissions economy” The number of days until which economic operators can request clarifications or additional information before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications and/or additional information addressed within the term provided above, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
