The subject of the contract is the supply of one factory-new specialised vehicle for the collection of biodegradable waste, equipped with a body for collecting and compacting waste and a device for washing containers, complete, free from physical and legal defects, with chassis and body produced in 2027, intended for performing tasks related to the activities of Zakład Gospodarki Wodno-Kanalizacyjnej w Tomaszowie Mazowieckim Sp. z o.o. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, technical, functional, and quality requirements, as well as the conditions for the execution of the contract, have been specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and Annex 3 – draft contractual provisions.
