France – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Rénovation d'un ensemble immobilier à usage de bureaux situé au 42, rue d'Anjou - 75008 Paris

This contract concerns the renovation of an office building located at 42, rue d'Anjou - 75008 Paris, with a surface area of 4600m2, to enhance its services and bring it up to current technical and environmental standards. The building consists of a historic five-story townhouse and a more recent six-story wing. A garden and an underground parking lot with 80 parking spaces complete the property. The parking lot will remain operational during the works. The garden is noted in the current PLU of Paris for its "heritage, cultural or landscape interest" and is listed as "Protected Vegetated Spaces (EVP)" in the future bioclimatic PLU being developed by the City of Paris. The operation is carried out under a delegated project management contract concluded between the CAVP and the company ALAMO, in accordance with Articles L. 2422-5 to L. 2422-11 of the Public Procurement Code.
