Description

In the context of aircraft engine maintenance, the AIA carries out painting and varnishing operations. Building 64.2 houses a painting workshop. The original workshop consists of a single area (600m2) where painting and masking operations take place, two adjacent offices, and a paint preparation laboratory. On the upper level, an attic houses a technical area. The current installation, dating from the 1980s, is now obsolete. To address this shortcoming, temporary painting booths have been installed but do not fully comply with regulations. The layout of the future workshop takes into account the HSCT issues related to the use of the products employed. To comply, it is planned to dismantle, renovate the painting workshop, and supply booths and common means adapted to the activity. The works are divided into 6 lots as follows:

Lot A: Decontamination-depollution-dismantling

Lot B: Heavy work/metal framework/lift/locksmithing

Lot C: Second work, floors, facade-roofing-waterproofing, electricity (CFO/CFA)

Lot D: HVAC fluids

Lot E: Process (booths, extraction)

Lot F: Technical and safety management (GTS)

The present procedure will result in a single allotted contract. The estimated maximum duration of the contract is indicated in section 5.1.3. The main characteristics of the contract are as follows: The characteristics of each lot are detailed in Annex B.
