Description, size and scope of the procurement: 1) The subject of the procurement is the supply of neurosurgical implants for the needs of the Wojewódzki Hospital im. Jana Pawła II in Bełchatów. 2) The contracting authority has divided the subject of the procurement into 15 parts (packages from 1 to 15), in accordance with the description given in Annex 7 to the SWZ. 3) The subject of the procurement offered in the procedure has all the necessary certificates, including declarations of conformity, is compliant with the standards in force in the European Union, meets the requirements specified in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and the requirements of the relevant regulations for market access and use. 4) Other requirements related to the implementation of the procurement and the rules of cooperation between the contracting authority and the contractor are specified in the draft provisions of the contract for the public procurement, which constitute Annex 3 to the SWZ.
