Germany – Engineering design services – Planung Neubau Ziolkowski-/Keplerstr. - Generalplaner

The tender concerns the new construction of three buildings at the intersection of Ziolkowski and Kepler streets in Neubrandenburg. These are to be built in two construction phases. The project is grant-funded. A general planner is to be commissioned for the project. The general planning services include:

- § 34 HOAI Building Planning

- § 51 HOAI Structural Design

- § 55 HOAI Technical Equipment (Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary)

In addition, all consulting services required for the construction of the new buildings in the fields of building physics (thermal insulation/energy balancing, building acoustics, and room acoustics) and fire protection planning must be provided. The scope of services also includes, after appropriate commissioning, the supervision of the named services in the construction execution, as well as their documentation.

The commissioning is carried out in stages for the

- Scope of services Building § 34 HOAI Performance phases 5-9

- Scope of services Structural Design § 51 HOAI Performance phases 5-6

- Scope of services Technical Equipment § 55 Performance phases 3-9

The commissioning is carried out in the following stages:

- Performance phase 5 for the scopes of services Building and Structural Design or 3-5 for the scope of services Technical Building Equipment with this contract

- Performance phases 6-9 in each case with separate written commissioning, with the proviso that further services than those initially commissioned can be called up, but do not have to be.

A building permit is already available. Planning has already begun. And the existing planning must be continued.
