Germany – Office block construction work – Anbau Hauptgebäude in Peine

The Federal Company for Repository Management GmbH requires a five-story extension to the existing administrative building (UG-3.OG) due to an additional need for office and administrative space. The contractor (AN) will take on, as a general contractor, all services for the turnkey realization of the extension, including all planning, coordination, construction, commissioning and documentation services until the defect-free handover to the client. The overall dimensions of the new building are approximately 92.70 x 36.76 m. With the extension of the existing administrative building, approximately 215 office workstations, a fully air-conditioned cold archive, a data center according to availability class 3 (VK3) and meeting rooms are to be created. The estimated duration for the provision of services is approximately 36 months after the order is placed.
