France – Environmental monitoring other than for construction – Surveillance de la qualité des plans d'eau

The framework agreement, with call-off orders split into lots, aims to monitor water bodies, collect water quality data from the water bodies in the Loire-Bretagne basin as part of the implementation of the monitoring programme and local monitoring of the quality of aquatic environments. It includes services for sampling of inland waters (water bodies), physicochemical analyses of water, sediments, and biological determinations of phytoplankton in rivers and hydrobiology of water bodies. The present consultation follows consultation 25S008 launched in 2025, for which the lots relating to sampling and analysis of water bodies were declared unsuccessful. The lots are revised for this new consultation 26S012.
