Czechia – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to roads and other equipment – BĚŽNÁ A ZIMNÍ ÚDRŽBA SILNIC STŘEDOČESKÉHO KRAJE – OBLAST KLADNO

The subject of the Public Contract for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement will be the provision of services for routine and continuous maintenance of roads under the management of the Contracting Authority, and this in accordance with the current needs of the Contracting Authority as set out in the individual contracts. The selected supplier will be obliged to ensure the comprehensive provision of the requested services, including the means and equipment necessary for their provision, and this in accordance with the current needs of the Contracting Authority. Routine maintenance includes basic summer and winter maintenance of communications in accordance with Decree No. 104/1997 Coll., which implements the Act on Land Transport, in particular the following activities: cleaning and repairing of road surfaces, barriers and the surroundings of roads, including milling and repairing of potholes, maintenance of traffic signs, maintenance of traffic facilities and other accessories, mowing of grass and tree growths around roads, removal of defects on vertical traffic signs, maintenance of curbs and ditches or bridges, ensuring the passability of communications in the winter period, including ensuring the gritting of road surfaces, removal of snow, snowdrifts, inspection trips, dispatch services and standby. The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is more precisely defined in the annexes to the Tender Documentation, in particular in the binding draft Framework Agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 to the Tender Documentation, and in its annexes. The Contracting Authority further provides suppliers with an operational plan for winter maintenance as an informative document as part of Annex No. 13 to the Tender Documentation. The current operational plan for winter maintenance, relevant to the performance of the Public Contract, will be issued and provided in accordance with binding legal regulations and the binding draft Framework Agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 to the Tender Documentation.
