Execution of services for the organisation and extrapolation of the VRR-EA surveys 2027 to 2030. This includes the following services: preparation of timetable data, sample plan and line bands for the survey institutes, monitoring of the survey in the peak balancing procedure (organisation and execution of surveyor checks, plausibility check of the survey data, verification of the completion rate and the response rate), annual revenue allocation calculation (extrapolation, evaluation and preparation of the survey data), - creation of a web application for the revenue allocation calculation as well as analysis data and consultation. The contract duration comprises 4 years plus activities in the preparatory phase in 2026 and in the processing phase in 2031.
