Procurement of various food raw materials for schools, kindergartens, and social institutions in Tiszaujváros, for the period from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, under a framework agreement. Tenders may be submitted in the following 10 lots: 1. Pork, offal 2. Beef 3. Poultry, game 4. Meat products 5. Milk, dairy products, margarine 6. Bread, yeast, bakery products, confectionery 7. Potatoes, fresh and peeled vegetables, dried legumes, oilseeds, fresh fruit, jarred pickles, eggs 8. Canned vegetables, fruit, semi-finished products, fish 9. Mill products, sweeteners, dried pasta, spices, seasonings 10. Oils, canned goods, jams, preserves The total quantities aggregated by product type can be found in the individual lots. For all lots, the exact product quantities and specifications are detailed in the Procurement Documents, broken down by lot, as the high number and variety of products to be procured means that the contracting authority cannot publish them as part of this notice. The quantities indicated are the minimum (base quantity), and the specific quantities ordered - depending on usage - may deviate by +20% upwards (quantity variation) for each lot or product. Pursuant to section 3 of section 46 of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.), we inform tenderers that in the Procurement Documents, reference to a specific brand, type, or fantasy name for certain food products is made solely to clearly define the nature of the given food, and in such cases, a product "or an equivalent" is also intended. In the case of individual lots, the estimated value indicated in point II.2.6) (BT-27 field) includes the value of the +20% quantity variation above the base quantity.
