The town of Waldbröl plans to develop the area "Industriepark Hermesdorf III" of the land-use plan No. 11F, locality Hermesdorf. The development and landscaping of the planning area will include the construction of roads, the renaturation of a watercourse with ecological compensation measures, and the expansion of the existing wastewater system. To carry out the required services, the town of Waldbröl is seeking a suitable contractor or a bidding consortium.
