Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – 256522 GRBM Neubau Triogebäude, Gebäudeplanung und Tragwerksplanung

The intention is to award a contract in accordance with RBBau for:

- Services for building and interior design planning in accordance with Part 3, Section 1, HOAI (2021), from LPH 2 (50% share), LPH 3+5-8 as a staged contract (LPH 2 (share) + 3 = 1st stage (EW construction) LPH 5-8 = 2nd stage (planning and implementation))

- as well as the services for structural design planning in accordance with the building and interior design planning

Brief description of the measure:

The property of the Delmetal-Kaserne in Delmenhorst is located at Abernettistraße 200, 27755 Delmenhorst. The Delmetal-Kaserne houses logistic units responsible for material supply in operations. The focus is on transport, maintenance and logistic support. The construction of a new Triogebäude TYP 3 according to the specifications of the model planning (planning aid for economic and care buildings of the Bundeswehr) as well as the area regulation C 1810/ 0-6230 is required in the immediate vicinity of the planned economic building. In the immediate vicinity of the new troops' kitchen with an access, the Triogebäude will be constructed taking into account the tree stock and the boundary distance. The delivery and waste disposal will take place at the rear via an already planned and to be extended asphalted access road within the framework of the troops' kitchen. The building volume results from the functions inside. The rooms entrance, foyer, issue, kiosk, dining room as well as the club rooms including sanitary facilities for guests result in a predominantly wooden structure single-storey building, which serves as a meeting point and community facility. The second building with kitchen and its ancillary rooms, partial basement for technical rooms, as well as the superstructure of the ventilation central will be constructed in masonry and reinforced concrete. The predominantly single-storey building with its green flat roof and the roof of the ventilation central serves for the installation of a photovoltaic system. The area accessible to guests is fundamentally barrier-free. The development of an economical and cost-effective concept is the top priority. Comprehensive principles for sustainable planning and construction, operation and maintenance, as well as for the later use of the property are taken into account. The guideline for Sustainable Building is applied in principle 244147-2026 Page 2/8 and an appropriate application is carried out. The fact sheets 1.1.6 "Risks for the local environment" and 3.1.3 "Indoor air hygiene" are taken into account and the substitute procedures for the life cycle assessment (LCA) and for the building-related costs in the life cycle (LCC) are applied.
