Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_Arch_Gemeinde Adelschlag_Neubau OGTS

The municipality of Adelschlag plans the construction of a two-storey building for the Offene Ganztagsschule (OGTS) at the Grundschule Adelschlag to meet the increasing demand for all-day care and the growing pedagogical requirements. In particular, a canteen with a separate kitchen as a central meeting area, as well as versatile leisure, retreat, movement and experimentation rooms are planned, which enable a contemporary, holistic educational and care concept. The following services will be awarded in stages:

- Basic services of performance phases 3-9 for the building and interior design according to § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1 in conjunction with Appendix 10 HOAI 2021
